Appeal to Nigerian youths
It is amazing to see that the youths of
this country are getting caught in d cross fire of some politicians who
have little or no interest in their well being. Whether such appeal
holds water or not will be seen after the presidential election. It is
rather unbelievable that the fate of helpless youths could be tied to
one man who could hardly find answers to the number of misfortunes
plaguing fuel subsidy at the time when most youths mainly students were
on vacation, preparing to return to schools and untold hardship. I find
it difficult to believe that some right-thinking individuals would dream
of taking the youths for a ride once again. Believe it or not, the tide
has changed and the day of verbal salvo, cunning words to deceive the
simple youths are behind us. It would have worked if we had no record of
past performance at all. A come back will then be on a platter of goal.
But now that the record is clear.
I doubt the reality of passionate appeal to the youths. I am sure the youths definitely know that it is time for change.
