Major Al-Mustapha, MASSOB leader in serious meeting over quit notice issued to Igbos

Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former chief security officer (CSO) to late Head of State General Sani Abacha, and the leader of the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) Chief (Dr) Ralph Nwazurike are currently holding a peace meeting over the quit notice issued the Igbo to leave the northern region in 3 months.

Leadership reports that ongoing meeting which is holding at the Arewa House is geared toward deescalating the tension which has resulted from the quit notice which has come to be known as Kaduna Declaration
