The 23 year old actress and singer posed completely naked in a new Vanity Fair photoshoot shot by Patrick Ecclesine at a Manhattan hotel in September. The photographer said Demi decided last minute to pose without make up, clothes or retouching. The photos are nice. See them after the cut
